What Is Covered?
I do accept insurance as an “out-of-network provider”. This means that you pay me directly and I submit a monthly statement to your insurance company so they can then reimburse you for services rendered.
Additionally I currently work with a select number of insurance companies as “in-network provider”. This means you pay me the co-payment and I bill the insurance companies for the balance, within the limits of your coverage.
